New patients are always welcome to our dental office.  We will also gladly accomodate true emergency patients.  We respect your time and we will do our best to see you in a timely and efficient manner.  To assist you at your initial visit, we encourage you to download the new patient forms and complete them prior to your appointment.  Please have an understanding of any insurance benefits you may have.  As a courtesy we will file an insurance claim for you, however the agreement for payment is between you and your insurance company.  We are a participating provider (PPO) with the following:

• United Concordia
• Delta Dental--USA, Retiree of CA, and Virginia
• Anthem BCBS
• Dominion Dental

Payment Options if You Have Insurance

• The day services are rendered you pay your patient portion and any out-of-pocket expenses by cash, debit, credit, or financing through our third-party financier.
• You may choose to pay your total treatment fee and we will gladly have the insurance company reimburse you directly.
• On extensive treatment (crowns or bridges) you may choose to pay 50% of your out-of-pocket expenses at the initial preparation visit, and the remainder at the completion or delivery visit.

Payment Options if You Do Not Have Insurance

• On the day services are rendered, you may choose to pay by cash, debit, or credit.  We accept all major credit cards.
• We offer special financing with 3, 6, and 12 month interest free financing through  GE Financial.  Apply online today to begin treatment immediately.
